Eastern Vacations Tours & Safaris
is an African owned Tour firm with its directors born and brought up in Kenya.
Its a family owned company. Our experience in the Tour operation together with a
firm determination to success has helped us acquire very high operation
standards both in safari & holiday planning .
We have diversified our destination to encompass most of the country and
ventured to Tanzania in liaison with our network of operators. We are proud of
our achievements and we are still investing our resources in making our services
even better.
E astern Vacations Tours & Safaris has invested considerably in both its offices and field staff. We have realized the need to be resourceful in this dynamic
industry. The investment has paid off well as seen in our "one stop Shop" office
premises where information is sought, stored and disseminated with ease.
We have kept up with the changing times and our network avails us the most up to
date information on destinations, game viewing, campsites and much more. This
helps us in all our arrangements because we are always ahead of the competition
in both the design and implementation of any chosen programme.
Our driver/guides are knowledgeable and caring. They are experts at locating
wildlife, and have a great deal of knowledge
about the culture, animals, birds and plants.
We understand that the success of your safari largely depends on the driver and
therefore all our drivers under go training from time to time. All are English
speaking and with a working knowledge of French, German or Spanish.
The high standards we set for our Safari/Excursion Vehicles are a perfect
illustration of our attention to detail and our uncompromised commitment to your
comfort, enjoyment and safety. We operate and maintain a fleet of modern safari
mini-buses, air conditioned 22 seater coaches (for excurtions & transfers), tour
buses / Land cruisers , saloon cars (for hire). Safari vans are fitted with
special pop up roofs, allowing uninterrupted views for photography and game
watching. They are also fitted with long range HF radios, cooler box and a pair
of binoculars in each vehicle. We guarantee a window seat for each passenger.
 Eastern Vacations Tours & Safaris provides the highest standard of accommodation
in each itinerary, using only the best hotels, lodges and camps, with private
baths (with the exceptions of tree hotels) or showers - many have swimming
pools. The service is friendly and attentive and the cuisine of a high standard,
catering for the international palate.
Full board is provided on safari lodges whilst bed and breakfast is provided in
city /town hotels

We believe in giving options, seemingly, our variety of choices is in exhaustive
and we are proud to say that we have done it well in all styles.
In the design of our programmes we have realized the importance of operating
safaris to all popular destinations in both Kenya & Tanzania. The flexible
nature of camping safari further enables us" venture off the beaten truck" and
allows route deviations and detours that may not be possible within the rigidity
of set hallmark of our safaris and this has led us to incorporate adventure
expeditions in our programmes. e.g riding camel safaris. most of our programmes
clients can choose their departure dates.
Our minimum number of pax for the regular programme are two (2) although
programmes can be combined depending on the needs of the client. In all these,
our expertise will assist in the design and implementation and by offering
comprehensive information and suggestions that will ultimately ensure a smooth
operation of the undertaking. Apart from being a safari operator, Eastern vacations tours has emerged as one
of the leading holiday planner for East Africa. We undertake all client ground
handing services as befits its obligations; arranging for all pre and post
departure details as in base hotel reservations, excursions, transport, car hire,
local flights, train bookings, Diving, fishing Ballooning and all other
arrangements outside the actual programme booked.
